CHRISTOPH KÜNNE

Biografie:

Christoph Künne ist Mitgründer der DOCMA und seit 2002 Chefredakteur des Magazins. Der Kulturwissenschaftler stand schon im Grundschulalter in der Dunkelkammer und begleitet die Entwicklung von Photoshop und die der Digitalfotografie aktiv seit 1991. Seit 1995 schreibt er für Fachmagazine und hat mehr als ein Dutzend Bücher zu Photoshop veröffentlicht.

Seine persönliche fotografische Leidenschaft sind Studio-Porträts. Um für DOCMA die fotografische (Berufs)-Praxis am realen Objekt zu erproben, ist er regelmäßig zu Gast bei größeren Fotoproduktionen und arbeitet als Reportagefotograf für unterschiedliche Magazin der Motorpresse. Seit 2018 ist er Geschäftsführer der DOCMAtischen Gesellschaft Verlags GmbH, die das DOCMA-Magazin herausgibt.

Biography:

Christoph Künne is co-founder of DOCMA and has been editor-in-chief of the magazine since 2002. The cultural scientist already operated in the darkroom at primary school age and has been actively involved in the development of Photoshop and digital photography since 1991. He has been writing for trade magazines since 1995 and has published more than a dozen books on the topic of Photoshop.

His personal photographic passion is studio portraits. In order to test the photographic (professional) practice on real objects for DOCMA, he is a regular guest at larger photo productions and works as a reportage photographer for various magazines of the motor press. Since 2018, he has been Managing Director of DOCMAtische Gesellschaft Verlags GmbH, which publishes the DOCMA magazine.
